We will travel together from Northwest Arkansas and Oklahoma to New Mexico for a 3 day, 4 night trip with professional photo guidance. The combination of the Balloon Fiesta along with some side-photo-adventures makes this an amazingly visual event and a photographers dream.
Crowne Plaza Albuquerque
No Vacancy! With the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta being the event of a lifetime the hotels are packed! Good thing we’ve planned ahead for our Balloon Fiesta Photo Excursion and have rooms reserved for the Crowne Plaza Albuquerque. This hotel features fine dining, indoor/outdoor pool, comfortable rooms, and exceptional customer service. Only 8 miles from the Balloon Fiesta Park, our motor-coach will get the group there and back without worrying about the hassle of parking. The hotel does offer dining options that include a refined, ranch-inspired restaurant and a casual lounge bar.
Chaser’s Club VIP Access
The Bedford Team has pre-purchased Chaser’s Club VIP tickets to the Balloon Fiesta that makes our photo excursion an even more exclusive experience. Good thing because they were sold out 4 weeks ago!
These passes give us guaranteed seating in a private outdoor patio next to the launch field where you can enjoy provided traditional New Mexican food and beverages. The food will be catered by Little Anita’s along with cookies from Rude Boy Cookies and beverages. Coffee is provided by NM Pinon Coffee Company and is served along with hot cocoa in the mornings and iced tea and lemonade are served during evening events. The Chasers’ Club is connected to the Chase Lounge so you will have the opportunity to purchase alcoholic beverages without the bother of standing in a beer garden. Added bonuses are we are close to the Balloon Discovery Center and the Artisans at Balloon Fiesta tent.
The Artisans at Balloon Fiesta is a juried Art and Craft show located on-site during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. With more than 25 artisans featured, they have a little something for everyone, so be sure to plan your stroll through the artisan tent and take home a wonderful handcrafted souvenir to remember the trip.
