4 Tips for Photographing Football

Well it’s official, as of today College Football has begun! The pre-season workouts are over, the players are ready and the game plans are set! We are going to see some great match ups this year! Just to kick it off there’s LSU vs. Wisconsin, USC vs. Alabama,  and Ole Miss vs. Florida State.

There is no doubt this is going to be a great season to watch. Especially if you are an Arkansas Razorbacks fan. With a home team advantage on almost all of the SEC power players like LSU, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Florida, you aren’t going to want to miss a game. Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium is going to be rumbling underneath the feet of 72,000+ fans and bursting with the sound of the Hog Call as the Hogs hit that line.

Though they lost some great key players to the NFL, the head hog Bret Bielema is still coming back with a strong team. Things are going to get physical.

  2. A photo of a fan or athlete showing some real game emotion will trump a great action photo everyday.©Walt Beazley
  3. Anticipate the photograph and be in the right spot when it appears.©Walt Beazley
  4. Fill the frame. A cropped photo never has the same look or feel.
